Pacasmayo – Peru: A Dream Trip for Wave Kiters of All Levels
Pacasmayo is a paradise for wave kiters, offering surreal conditions that make every session on the water feel magical. Beyond the thrill of kitesurfing, the breathtaking desert landscape adds to the adventure.
This region is home to the longest ridable wave in the world, allowing kiters to perform multiple maneuvers on a single wave—a true playground for wave lovers!
With moderate winds ranging from 12 to 18 knots, perfectly aligned for kitesurfing, a friendly ocean, and endless left-hand waves, Pacasmayo is an absolute dream destination.
Here, nearly every day is a kiting day, with safe conditions, local boat support, and rescue assistance always available.
And with world champion wave rider Guilly Brandão as your coach, combined with Pacasmayo’s endless waves, your progression knows no limits!
Day by Day
Downwind to the Mochica Pyramids
The downwind adventure to the Mochica Pyramids will take place on the day with the most favorable conditions.
Day 1 – Arrival & Check-in
Airport reception and private transfer to the hotel (approximately 1h30min to 2h travel time).
After settling in, we will gather for a group integration session.
Days 2 to 5 – Surf/Kitesurf Sessions
Surf session with the option of a boat ride back to the peak (not included).
Briefing and coaching sessions.
Kite sessions with in-water and on-land footage.
Free riding session to explore the best waves and conditions.
Day 6 – Checkout
Hotel checkout and transfer to the airport (1h30min to 2h travel time).

Most routes will include a photographer! They will establish their own rates and prices at the beginning of the trip.
Stays in the most charming hotels in the region. They are seaside hotels, with all the essence that Terra do Vento has.
During the route, kiters are provided sandwiches, fruit, cereal bars, water, Redbull, and gatorades – more fuel for the rest of the ride!
There will always be captains and natives guides in the water with our kiters; ensuring safety, reliability, and a great time!
Leave it up to us! Our logistics team makes sure that every trip runs smoothly, getting our guests and their things exactly where they need to be.
Each trip is accompanied by a support vehicle. If anything goes wrong or there is a need to leave the water, our ground support team is there for you!
Each trip travels with a GPS service, so we know exactly where we’re going and what’s ahead.
When all else fails, don’t worry! We have a SOS system in place that will bring help to us anywhere, anytime.
We make sure to keep all of our kiters fresh in new Surfinsemfim apparel at the beginning of the trip.
Once the route is completed, each kiter receives an honorable certificate of completion. Hang it on your wall and add it to your resume!

Dinner is not included in the package.
Souvenirs, new equipment, or extra drinks and food are not included in the final price. Don’t let this stop you from enjoying yourself, feel free!
Transfers To and from the airport are not included, but we can help you organize your transfers and get you where you need to be.
We can’t book your flights for you, but we can help you with some good advice and lead you in the right direction!
